Shipping and Delivery Policy

- We currently ship to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as to all countries worldwide.

- Your order will be delivered within 1-5 business days within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (depending on the city).

Riyadh - within 48 business hours.

Other cities: 2-5 business days, depending on the selected shipping company.

(For example: Orders received on Thursday evenings and Fridays of each week will be shipped on the following Saturday as the first business day.)

The delivery time is calculated based on the national or abbreviated address included in the order, or based on the customer's response to address update messages.

- Upon receipt of your order by the operations team, you will receive an email containing your order number and shipment number. You can track your shipment through the shipping company's website after receiving the tracking link.

Shipping costs are determined based on the order value:

1. If the order value is less than 299 Saudi Riyals, the shipping cost will be 11-35 Saudi Riyals, depending on your choice of shipping companies (within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).

Shipping costs outside the Kingdom are based on weight and your choice of shipping companies, starting at 38 Saudi Riyals.

2. If the order value is 300 Saudi Riyals or more, shipping costs within the Kingdom are free.

Once the shipping company receives the order, it cannot be canceled.

If an incorrect address is entered, for example (enter the name of the nearest major city and the correct address is in one of the villages within the city),

this will result in incorrect shipping company options appearing, and the shipping company may refuse to reach you.

The customer will bear the address modification fees from the shipping company, depending on the city and the timeframe.

If the customer does not receive the shipment or the shipping company does not respond, the order will be destroyed within 14 days of the first attempt.

The order cannot be canceled in this case.

In the event of a full or partial return of an order, free delivery fees will be calculated if the final order price changes below the minimum.

Changing the address after shipping will result in the issuance of a new shipping policy with new fees.

Shipments cannot be canceled after they have been issued, and the fees are non-refundable in all cases.
Return order fees are equivalent to the original shipping fees, with the exception of international shipments, where the fees are three times the shipping fees.

The shipping company's tracking information is the only reliable reference.
All shipping companies communicate via phone calls and text messages only.
We reserve the right to change the shipping company to provide the best service during seasons, special occasions, and during sales if the shipping company is late in receiving the order, with the difference in fees being refunded to the customer.
Ignoring address confirmation or not responding to the shipping company's delivery address request is the customer's responsibility.
The national address and short address are considered acceptable addresses for orders. Otherwise, orders will be considered without a clear address, and the customer will be contacted to update and provide an accurate address.
We will attempt to contact the customer. If they do not respond, they must contact the shipping company to reschedule delivery.
The order will not be delivered if the customer is not present in person to receive it. If the customer requests this from a shipping company representative, delivery is at their own risk. They have no right to complain about product quality or delayed delivery.
If the customer delays receiving their order for more than 48 hours for Redbox and 7 days for other companies, a reshipping and return fee will be charged to the customer if the shipping company imposes this.
